மாணவர் இடமாற்றங்கள் & பதவி உயர்வுகள்
1. பள்ளியின் உயர் வகுப்பில் உள்ள அனைத்து மாணவர்களுக்கும் மற்றும் கீழ் வகுப்புகளிலிருந்து பள்ளியை விட்டு வெளியேறும் மாணவர்களுக்கும் (திங்கள் & செவ்வாய்) TC வழங்கவும்.
2. மாணவர்கள் தானாக அடுத்த வகுப்பிற்கு (புதன்கிழமை) பதவி உயர்வு பெறுவார்கள்.
3. மாணவர்களின் வகுப்பில் உள்ள பிரிவுகளைத் திருத்துவதற்கும், ஒவ்வொரு பிரிவிற்கும் (வியாழன்) சரியான வகுப்பு ஆசிரியர்களை நியமிக்கவும்.
4. RTE சேர்க்கைகள் மற்றும் புதிய சேர்க்கைகள் (வெள்ளி மற்றும் சனிக்கிழமை)
DOB / AADHAR / ஃபோன் எண்ணை மாற்ற வேண்டிய மாணவர்களுக்கு, அந்தந்த BEO உள்நுழைவுகள் மூலம் மட்டுமே செய்ய முடியும். இந்தத் துறைகளில் BEOக்கள் செய்த அனைத்து மாற்றங்களும் கண்காணிக்கப்படும். எனவே, இந்த முறையின் மூலம் மட்டுமே உண்மையான மற்றும் சரிபார்க்கப்பட்ட தரவு புதுப்பிக்கப்படுவதை உறுதிசெய்யவும்.
*மாணவர் வருகை*
1. திங்கள் முதல் வியாழன் வரை, முந்தைய கல்வியாண்டின் அதே வகுப்பு மற்றும் பிரிவில் உள்ள மாணவர்களுக்கான வருகைக் குறிப்பைத் தொடரவும்.
2. வெள்ளிக்கிழமை முதல், புதிய பிரிவுகள் மற்றும் ஆசிரியர்களின்படி அனைத்து மாணவர்களுக்கும் வருகையைக் குறிக்கவும்.
3. அடுத்த வாரம் (ஜூன் 20) திங்கட்கிழமை முதல், புதிய கல்வியாண்டு பிரிவுகள் மற்றும் ஆசிரியர்களின்படி அனைத்து வருகையும் குறிக்கப்படும்.
4. RTE சேர்க்கை முடிந்ததும் அடுத்த திங்கட்கிழமை (ஜூன் 20) முதல் RTE வருகை குறிக்கப்படும்.
*ஆசிரியர் வருகை*
1. பரஸ்பர இடமாற்றம் / யூனிட் பரிமாற்றம் மூலம் மாற்றப்பட்ட அனைத்து ஆசிரியர்களின் சுயவிவரங்களும் புதிய பள்ளிகளுக்கு மாற்றப்பட்டுள்ளன.
2. திங்கட்கிழமை (ஜூன் 13) HM உள்நுழைவு மூலம் ஆசிரியர் வருகையை வழக்கம் போல் குறிக்கவும்
Student Transfers & Promotions
1. Issue TC for all students in the highest class of the school and for students who are leaving the school from lower classes (Monday & Tuesday)
2. Students will be promoted automatically to next class (Wednesday)
3. Assign students to correct sections in their class and assign correct class teachers to each section (Thursday)
4. RTE admissions and new admissions (Friday & Saturday)
For students whose DOB / AADHAR / Phone number needs to be changed, it can be done only through the respective BEO logins. All changes made by the BEOs to these fields will be tracked. Therefore, please ensure that authentic and verified data is only updated through this method.
Student Attendance
1. From monday to thursday, continue marking attendance for the students in the same class & section as previous academic year
2. From friday, mark attendance for all students as per the new sections and teachers.
3. From Monday next week (June 20), all attendance to be marked as per new academic year sections and teachers.
4. RTE attendance to be marked from next monday (June 20) after RTE admissions are completed.
Teacher Attendance
1. All teachers profiles transferred via mutual transfer / unit transfer have been moved to the new schools.
2. Mark teacher attendance as usual through HM login on Monday (June 13)
