7th Pay Commission – No Pay hike for non-performing employees – Govt Accepts the Recommendation.
Accepting the 7th pay commission panels recommendations the non-performing central government employees will not get annual pay hike if their performance is not upto the mark, Union Minister Jitendra Singh said on Wednesday.
The 7th Pay Commission has in its report recommended withholding annual increments of non-performers in the case of those employees who are not able to meet the benchmark.
The government has accepted this recommendation of the 7th pay commission, the minister of state for personnel said in a written reply to Lok Sabha.
PS: But a big question what arises here is, the performance will be monitored by a performing superior or a non-performing superior.

அதன்படி, மத்திய அரசு ஊழியர்களின் பணித் திறன் கணக்கிடப்படுகிறது. நிர்ணயிக்கப்பட்ட இலக்கை எட்டாத ஊழியர்களின் ஆண்டு சம்பள உயர்வு நிறுத்தப்படும்.இவ்வாறு அதில் கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது.
